Refund Policy

Air Florida Helicopters will, at its discretion, allow for the refund of orders placed online within 7 day of purchase.

• 1. Please email flywithus@airfloridahelicopter.com to request a refund of the ticket(s) purchase.
• 2. Please include the reason for your cancellation with the orderer’s information.
• 3. A 20% cancellation fee will be applied to all purchases placed online.

• Check/Money Order (not available online)
• Cash On Delivery (not available online)
• Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
